Like your health, the shape of your print equipment depends on what you feed it and how you look after it. Print-MD has programs to insure your printers are fit and ready to assist you when you need them.
The quality of the toner and ink that are used in your equipment can determine not only the quality of the prints, but also how long your printer functions properly.
Print-MD sells the finest toner at reasonable prices. The programs described below require the purchase of toner from Print-MD.
Preventative Maintenance Program
Any good maintenance plan begins with prevention.
By enrolling in the preventative maintenance program, Print-MD will come to your facility on a quarterly basis and perform a check-up on all printers enrolled in the program.
A report will be given advising of potential or existing problems. Any repairs initiated by this process are discounted 20% off the normal Print-MD prices for parts and labor. As always the customer can decline repairs.
If the printer has a failure with 30 days of the last check-up, the 20% discount applies. If the failure occurs beyond the 30 day window, the discount is 10% on parts and labor. Response time is 8 business hours.
